The agreement was approved by Insight Partners and Tricentis, and marks a significant milestone in the growth of the company. Tricentis is a global leader in the software quality market focused on serving the largest enterprises in the world. The company was founded in 2007 in Vienna, Austria, with Insight Partners taking majority ownership in 2017. Tricentis is currently a U.S. corporation headquartered in Austin, Texas, with 26 offices globally.
