Willkie advised Insight Partners in connection with its lead investment in European cybertech firm Filigran as part of a $35 million Series B financing round.

On October 28, Filigran announced the completion of its $35 million Series B fundraise led by Insight Partners, with participation from existing investors. The new funding will support Filigran’s global expansion and the development of its cybersecurity solutions platform.

Filigran, based in Paris, is focused on revolutionizing proactive cyber threat anticipation with its open-source platforms OpenCTI and OpenBAS.

Insight Partners is a global software investor partnering with high-growth technology, software, and Internet startup and ScaleUp companies.
