Enlight Renewable Energy (Enlight), a global renewable energy platform, has announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 14,000,000 ordinary shares at a price to the public of US$18.00 per share. In addition, Enlight has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,100,000 ordinary shares at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The ordinary shares began trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on Friday, February 10, 2023 under the ticker symbol “ENLT.” Enlight’s ordinary shares currently trade on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange under the symbol “ENLT.” The offering is expected to close on February 14, 2023, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
