Willkie advised Compassus, a leading national provider of integrated home-based health care services, on its partnership with OhioHealth for home health and hospice services.

On June 10, Compassus announced that it formed a partnership with Columbus, Ohio-based OhioHealth to manage OhioHealth’s home health and hospice operations.

Compassus, a portfolio company of TowerBrook Capital Partners, provides a continuum of home-based services including home health, home infusion, palliative and hospice care.

Willkie previously advised Compassus on its recent hospice and home health joint venture partnership with Bon Secours Mercy Health.
