Willkie represented the management team in the formation of Bayou Midstream II, LLC, a full-service midstream company sponsored by EIV Capital, LLC.

On September 18, Bayou Midstream II announced an equity commitment from EIV Capital. The new company follows Bayou Midstream and EIV’s successful partnership for Bayou Midstream, LLC, founded in 2018.

Headquartered in Houston, Bayou Midstream II, LLC is an independent energy company focused on the acquisition, development and operation of midstream infrastructure across North America.
