Paul, Weiss advised KPS Capital Partners, LP, and its portfolio company Eviosys, a leading global supplier of metal packaging, in the sale of Eviosys to Sonoco Products Company for €3.615 billion. The combination of Eviosys with Sonoco, a global leader in highly engineered and sustainable packaging, brings high-quality, sustainable and innovative packaging solutions to new and existing customers around the globe. Under the terms of the transaction, Eviosys will transition to the Sonoco brand and operate under Sonoco’s Consumer Packaging segment.
