Kirkland & Ellis advised TPG Rise Climate and GIC in connection with the offering of €750 million senior secured notes as part of their €6.7 billion leveraged buyout of Techem. Pending consummation of the acquisition, the proceeds from the offering of the notes will be held in a segregated bank account controlled by the bond issuer. Techem is a service provider for smart and sustainable buildings, servicing more than 13 million dwellings with more than 62 million digital measuring devices on its platform.
