Willkie advised Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC on the acquisition of 758 homes in Berlin in a forward purchase deal.

Greystar, a leading global property company, is acquiring the Greenpark residential project in Berlin-Neukölln as part of a forward purchase deal for its develop-to-core strategy in Germany and Austria. The Greenpark project will consist of 758 studio, one- and two-bedroom rental apartments and is scheduled for completion in summer 2026.
