Global law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (‘Freshfields’) advised One Equity Partners, a leading private-equity investment firm, on its acquisition of a majority stake in DESMI A/S, a global leader in the development and manufacture of pump solutions. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2022.
