Simpson Thacher represented Hamilton Lane in connection with the private placement by Hamilton Lane Advisors, L.L.C. (“HLA”), the operating subsidiary of Hamilton Lane Incorporated, of $100 million aggregate principal amount of 5.28% Senior Notes due October 15, 2029, and amendments to HLA's credit agreements.
