Simpson Thacher represented private capital financing sources supporting the acquisition by McIntyre Partners of Moreld Apply, Moreld Ross Offshore and Moreld Global Maritime (collectively “Moreld”) from HitechVision. Members of Moreld’s incumbent management and Velocity Partners will own minority stakes.
