Paul, Weiss advised Your.World, a European online solutions platform, and its principal shareholder Strikwerda Investments on its €1.2 billion syndicated term loan refinancing, including a €1 billion term loan and a new €200 million revolving credit facility. The oversubscribed refinancing was Your.World’s debut issuance in the European syndicated term loan market.
