SPR Therapeutics, a private medical device company focused on treating pain and improving the quality of life for patients managing acute or chronic pain, has announced that it has secured US$85 million in financing including US$25 million in equity and a US$60 million debt facility. The debt facility is provided by SLR Capital Partners. Armentum Partners served as the Company’s financial advisor. Latham represented SLR Capital Partners with a deal team led by partners Haim Zaltzman and Dan Van Fleet, with associates Axel Magnusson and Tyler Davis.
