Latham & Watkins has advised Bridgepoint on entering into exclusive discussions with Nexity SA, a Euronext-listed real estate operator company, for the acquisition of its Residential Property Management Services Business, based on an enterprise value of €440 million. The transaction will also include a strategic partnership that aims to amplify existing synergies with Nexity’s activities. The acquisition remains subject to consultation with the relevant employee representative bodies and regulatory approvals.
