Willkie recently represented Court Square Capital Partners and its portfolio company Auto Europe, a leading distributor of international car rental services, in connection with an out-of-court workout that involved a debt recapitalization and sale of Auto Europe to Deck2 Capital.

Auto Europe successfully restructured its senior and junior secured loans into an amended and restated senior secured term loan credit facility. As part of the transaction, Auto Europe was acquired by Deck2 Capital, in partnership with a consortium of credit funds, as a platform investment for rolling up mid-market legacy online travel agencies.
