Dharshini Prasad, a partner in Willkie’s International Arbitration Practice, has been appointed to serve a five-year term as a Member of the Court of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).

The LCIA is one of the world’s leading international institutions for commercial dispute resolution. It is routinely chosen by parties from around the world to administer their cross-border arbitration disputes, primarily under the LCIA Rules. The LCIA Court is one of three key organs of the institution and is comprised of 35 leading international arbitration practitioners from around the world. The LCIA Court is the final authority for the proper application of the LCIA rules. Its principal functions are appointing tribunals, determining challenges to arbitrators, and controlling costs.
