(“BESI”) of €350 million in aggregate principal amount of 4.500% senior notes due 2031 (the “Notes”). The proceeds of the offering are expected to be used for general corporate purposes, including potential acquisitions. BESI is a Netherlands-based leading supplier of semiconductor assembly equipment for the global semiconductor and electronics industries. BESI develops leading edge assembly processes and equipment for leadframe, substrate and wafer level packaging applications in a wide range of end-user markets including electronics, mobile internet, cloud server, computing, automotive, industrial, LED and solar energy. Its customers are primarily leading semiconductor manufacturers, assembly subcontractors and electronics and industrial companies.
