(“NTT GDCA”), in connection with an investment by TC Global Investments Americas LLC (“TC”) in three large-scale hyperscale data centers owned and operated by NTT GDCA in Chicago with a total planned capacity of 104MW. Closing of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.~~NTT GDCA is a division of the Japanese conglomerate NTT Group, which is the world’s third largest data center provider with 148 data centers in over 20 countries worldwide.
