Kirkland & Ellis is advising growth investor Warburg Pincus on the sale of leading provider of integrated child care center management software and payments processing company Procare Software LLC to Roper Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: ROP) for an enterprise value of $1.86 billion. The definitive agreement was announced January 24.
