Paul, Weiss is advising TenCate Grass Holding B.V. and Crestview Partners in the sale of a majority stake in TenCate to Leonard Green & Partners, LP. Under the terms of the agreement, Leonard Green will purchase all the shares of TenCate currently owned by Crestview and other select shareholders. Financial terms of the transaction, expected to close in February 2024, were not disclosed.
