Lamb McErlane recently welcomed Lauren M. Law to its litigation practice as a senior associate. Law focuses her practice on civil and business litigation, as well as labor and employment law. She is a trial attorney with over 10 years of experience in civil and business litigation. She also has a background in employment law, including policy development, conducting internal investigations for workplace discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, whistleblower claims, and negotiating employment contracts. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Chester County Bar Association, Philadelphia Bar Association, and Pennsylvania Bar Association. Lauren is also a board member of the Rutgers University School of Law–Camden Alumni Association. Law earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School and her B.A. in political science from Stockton University. She will be based at the Lamb McErlane’s West Chester location. Elected and Appointed

The law firm of Tucker Arensberg announced the election and promotion of four attorneys, with two elevated to shareholder and two to senior counsel. Brandon S. O’Connor has been elevated to shareholder. As a member of the firm’s business and finance group, he provides comprehensive legal counsel to businesses throughout their life cycle. He serves as an adviser for businesses’ day-to-day needs and guides clients through milestone transactions such as buy/sell events, real estate deals, corporate reorganizations, and commercial financing. Although he represents clients spanning diverse industries, O'Connor has developed a particular focus on healthcare and licensed professional businesses, regularly advising on practice acquisitions, compliance matters and succession planning. His tailored approach helps clients achieve long-term success. Bart D. Wischnowski has also been named a shareholder. He is a criminal defense attorney with trial experience and a passion for advocacy. A former prosecutor in Blair and Beaver Counties, Wischnowski has tried numerous jury and non-jury trials and handled criminal matters from investigation through appeal. His practice includes defending clients in a range of criminal cases and advising them through each step of the justice process. Known for his preparation, professionalism, and dedication to client service, he brings a sense of purpose to his work both in and out of the courtroom. Joanna D. Studeny has been promoted to senior counsel. She is an attorney in the firm’s bankruptcy and restructuring group. She brings a collaborative and client-focused approach to her work, assisting in all phases of bankruptcy, creditor rights, and civil litigation malt attribute matters. Studeny’s prior experience as in-house counsel, legal researcher, and law clerk enhances her ability to navigate complex legal issues with precision and empathy. Kayla M. Zizzi has been promoted to senior counsel. She is a litigator who represents individuals, businesses, and municipalities in both criminal and civil matters, with a focus on commercial litigation and municipal law. She currently serves as solicitor for the Silver Spring Township Zoning Hearing Board and has represented public entities on a wide range of legal issues, including zoning, redevelopment attributement, and land use. With courtroom experience, Zizzi is known for her preparation, advocacy skills, and commitment to achieving the best outcomes for her clients.
