Kirkland & Ellis advised HGGC on its strategic investment in Texas-based registered investment adviser True North Advisors, LLC. The transaction closed on January 22, 2024. HGGC made its investment alongside financial services holding company Wealth Partners Capital Group. True North serves significant business owners, entrepreneurs and families with wealth planning, investment management and business transaction planning solutions. The investment will allow True North to expand its presence in Texas and the Southwest.
