Kirkland & Ellis advised KKR portfolio company Accountor Software, a provider of cloud financial management and human capital software in the Nordics, on the equity arrangements relating to its acquisition of 24SevenOffice’s ERP software division, comprising 24SevenOffice Norway AS, 24SevenOffice Scandinavia Systems AS and 24SevenOffice Sweden AB, among others. The transaction follows KKR’s acquisition of a majority stake in Accountor Software earlier this year, which Kirkland also handled. This supports Accountor Software’s ambition to become one of the leading pure-play business software companies, serving SMEs as well as larger organisations and corporations in the Nordics.
