Morgan Securities plc, Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, Mizuho International plc and Société Générale, as joint managers, in connection with the offering of EUR500 million 3.320% Green Mortgage Covered Bonds due 2027 by Shinhan Bank under its Global Covered Bond Programme.
