Latham & Watkins has advised Partners Group, a global private markets firm, on the divestment of Hofmann Menü Holdings GmbH (HOFMANNs), a leading German supplier of tailored frozen catering systems. The acquiring party is Compass Group Deutschland GmbH, a communal catering provider and part of the globally renowned contract food service corporation, Compass Group PLC.
