Lehman & Company and Hill City Capital, in their all-cash acquisition of Atlas Air Worldwide for an enterprise value of approximately $5.2 billion. Atlas Air is a leading global provider of outsourced aircraft and aviation operating services. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter 2022 or first quarter 2023, subject to customary closing conditions.
