Kirkland & Ellis advised software provider Trintech on the acquisition of Fiserv’s reconciliation business. Trintech provides cloud-based integrated reconciliation and financial close solutions for finance and accounting departments. The acquisition will provide Trintech with Frontier Reconciliation and Accurate Reconciliation, which are used by more than 400 blue-chip clients globally.
