Paul, Weiss advised purpose-led alternative investment management company Pollen Street Capital in the term loan financing for their previously announced acquisition of SaaS platform provider Keylane Group B.V. from Waterland Private Equity. Pollen Street’s partnership with Keylane will help accelerate growth and create a pan-European industry leader.
