Milbank LLP represented the initial purchasers and lenders in connection with the offering by Flos B&B Italia S.p.A.’s (previously International Design Group S.p.A.) of €550 million in aggregate principal amount of senior secured floating rate notes due 2029 and a €5 million upsize of its existing revolving credit facility. The proceeds from the offering are expected to be used to refinance Flos B&B Italia’s €470 million senior secured floating rate notes due 2026, partially redeem Flos B&B Italia’s €425 million senior secured notes due 2028, for general corporate purposes and to pay related costs and expenses. Flos B&B Italia is a global leader in high-end design, designing, producing, distributing and selling luxury lighting and furniture products. Flos B&B Italia is jointly owned by the global investment firms Investindustrial and Carlyle.
