Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP is pleased to announce that Kavita Davis has joined its Global Finance Practice Group as a partner in the London office. Kavita focuses on cross-border debt finance matters, and has significant experience in advising on leveraged buyouts representing sponsors, including sponsors focusing on infrastructure transactions. She received her B.A., LL.B. (Hons) from the W.B. National University of Juridical Sciences in India, and is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales.
