Paul, Weiss is advising Oakley Capital on the financing aspects of its acquisition of a majority stake in London-based GLAS, a leading global provider of loan administration and bond trustee services for the private credit market. Oakley is investing alongside La Caisse (formerly CDPQ), which has acquired a minority position, as well as Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, which will retain a small stake in the business. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
