Paul, Weiss is advising Hall Capital Partners, LLC, an investment advisory firm specializing in investment strategies for high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients, on the sale of its business to Pathstone, a leading partner-owned investment advisory firm focused on family office services. The acquisition will bring Pathstone's total assets under advisement and administration to nearly $160 billion.
