Kirkland & Ellis advised Acosta, a global integrated sales and marketing services company, on its acquisition of Impact Group, a sales and marketing agency with a national presence and local market expertise in natural, specialty, ethnic and emerging brands. Financial terms were not disclosed. The Kirkland team was led by corporate partners Douglas Ryder and David M.
