Kirkland & Ellis advised Altas Partners ("Altas") on its strategic investment in Mercer Advisors, a national Registered Investment Adviser with Assets Under Management of approximately $48 billion as of April 30th, 2023. Altas joins Mercer Advisors' current strategic investors, Genstar Capital and Oak Hill Capital, and over 300 Mercer Advisors employees who own equity in the company. The transaction is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2023.
