Legends and ASM Global have announced the signing of a definitive agreement under which Legends will acquire ASM Global to create a premium live events company dedicated to providing outstanding experiences for fans around the world. Latham & Watkins LLP represents ASM Global, a company owned by Onex and AEG, in the transaction with a deal team led by Chicago partners Shaun Hartley and Daniel Breslin, with associates Kevin Uhler and Valentina Oliver. Advice was also provided on corporate matters by Washington, D.C. partner Paul Sheridan, on tax matters by New York partner Alan Kimball, and on employee benefits matters by Washington, D.C. partners Adam Kestenbaum and Nikhil Kumar.~~
