Paul, Weiss is advising leading global investment firm KKR in connection with OSTTRA Group, a global post-trade solutions provider owned by KKR-managed funds, on a strategic equity investment in OSTTRA by Bank of America, Barclays, Citi, HSBC, UBS Investment Bank and Wells Fargo. Under the agreement, the KKR-managed funds will continue to be OSTTRA’s majority owner, and the banks will help drive the company’s expansion into new markets and asset classes.
