Milbank LLP represented Together, one of the UK’s leading specialist mortgage and secured loan providers, on the issuance by Together’s subsidiary Jerrold FinCo plc of its £450 million aggregate principal amount of 7 ⅞% senior secured notes due 2030 (“Notes”). This issuance is Together’s 12th high yield capital markets transaction led by Rebecca Marques and Ana Grbec. In addition to the issuance of the Notes, Milbank represented Together in connection with certain amendments of its revolving credit facility and a future amendment of its intercreditor agreement.
