Willkie recently advised Sentinel Midstream LLC (Sentinel) on a joint venture investment with ExxonMobil, to form Enercoast Midstream Louisiana LLC, a project company founded to operate certain midstream assets in Louisiana.

Sentinel, a midstream solutions provider for crude oil transportation, storage, and terminaling, is a portfolio company of Cresta Fund Management, an investment manager with over $1.4 billion of assets under management funding specialized middle market energy infrastructure opportunities. As part of the transaction, Sentinel will operate significant pipeline systems previously controlled by ExxonMobil.
