Willkie advised CVC Fund VIII on its acquisition of a stake in Sunday Natural, a leading brand for premium vitamins, minerals and supplements.

Under the terms of the transaction, Sunday Natural’s founder Dr. Jörg Schweikart will continue to play a pivotal role in the strategic development of the business and will remain significantly invested in the company. The partnership aims to support the scaling and international reach of the business.

The purchase price and other details of the purchase agreement remain confidential.

The closing of the transaction is subject to approval by the relevant regulatory authorities.
