L’Oréal has announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Youth to the People, a California-based skincare company that develops and markets high-performance skincare products known for formulas that combine premium vegan blends of superfood extracts and science. Latham & Watkins LLP represents L’Oréal in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by New York partners Alex Kelly and Peter Harwich, with associates Leah Sauter, Katherine Cody, Hancen Yu, and Andrew Borruso.
