Property Finder, a Dubai-based real estate portal covering the sales and rental marketplace, has raised US$90 million in a term loan from Francisco Partners, a leading global investment firm that specializes in partnering with technology and technology-enabled businesses. Latham & Watkins LLP represented Francisco Partners in the transaction with a transactional team led by partners Christian Adams, Haim Zaltzman, and Elizabeth Oh, with associates Mustafa Darwich and Anna Borsuk.
