Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Partner Jeannine McSweeney will speak on a panel entitled “Critical Issues in Executive Compensation” as part of the New York City Bar Association’s “Employment Law Institute” on March 1, 2024. The panel will focus on the legal issues and challenges that can arise in connection with executive compensation matters, including the impact of emerging issues and new developments such as recent tax changes, use of sustainability metrics, treatment of equity and others.
