Investment funds managed by Morgan Stanley Capital Partners (MSCP), the private equity team at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, have announced that they have acquired Apex Companies, a leading provider of end-to-end environmental consulting and engineering solutions, from Sentinel Capital Partners. Latham & Watkins LLP represented MSCP in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by partner David Beller and counsel Richard Quay.
