He counsels clients on matters across the energy and infrastructure industries, including oil and gas, renewable energy, energy transition and impact investments, as well as the use of the IRA and tax credits. He also advises sponsors on tax matters related to the formation of funds. He additionally has deep experience in addressing tax considerations related to high-profile real estate transactions, including the formation of REITs.
