Kirkland & Ellis is advising private equity firm Providence Equity Partners on a strategic minority investment in global architectural and design firm Populous. The transaction was announced October 17. The investment is designed to support Populous’ continued growth and to allow the company to pursue opportunities to expand its service offerings and geographic presence.
