Latham & Watkins has advised the lead managers on the US$314 million initial public offering (IPO) of Go Digit, one of the leading general insurance companies in India, on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE). The joint lead managers were Morgan Stanley India Company Private Limited, ICICI Securities Limited, Axis Capital Limited, HDFC Bank Limited, IIFL Securities Limited, and Nuvama Wealth Management Limited.
