Willkie advised Insight Partners on its $200 million growth investment in Zest AI, a leader in AI lending technology. On December 13, Zest AI announced the investment from Insight Partners, which initially invested in the company in 2020. With the growth capital, Zest AI plans to further develop its product portfolio and advance fraud protection and generative AI to transform credit underwriting. Insight Partners is a global software investor partnering with high-growth technology, software, and Internet startup and ScaleUp companies.
