Affiliates of Fort Partners, a privately-held real estate and hospitality development firm; Dacra, a real estate development company; Raycliff Capital, a private equity and venture capital firm; and Constellation Hotels Holding, a private real estate investment group, announced the closing of a strategic venture to purchase properties located in the Miami Design District from Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance. Under the venture, the partnership plans to develop a luxury mixed-use hotel and residential complex in the heart of the Miami Design District.
