Willkie advised 3i Group plc on the sale of its investment in Weener Plastics, a leading provider of innovative plastic packaging solutions, to Silgan Holdings Inc. for an enterprise value of €838 million.

Weener is a full-service global supplier of value-added caps and closures, deodorant sticks and roll-ons, and other innovative packaging for the personal care, food and beverage, home care and healthcare industries.
