Paul, Weiss is advising the Ardonagh Group and its shareholders, including Madison Dearborn Partners and HPS Investment Partners, on an equity investment from funds managed by Stone Point Capital LLC valuing Ardonagh at $14 billion. Ardonagh is one of the world’s largest independent insurance distribution platforms and a top-20 global broker. Completion of the transaction is expected in mid-2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
